You have access to a gym, lap pool as well as secure under cover parking for 1 car. Only 250m walk to the beach and we don’t ask you to leave your other best friend at home as we welcome small dogs to join you. Why wouldn’t we with the beach, walking tracks and multitude of parks in the area?

The outdoor Courtyard/entertaining area with BBQ is perfect for those alfresco occasions or dine indoors at the stunning industrial style concrete topped 6 seater dining table. Bring along your favourite music to play through the 320 watt Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Sound system. Keep enjoying yourself by choosing one of the many movies on Netflix.

The Apartment building underwent a massive redevelopment to preserve the heritage facade of the building from the 1800’s when it was an old brewery. Hidden behind this facade is a hidden oasis with a unique design that is thoroughly modern. Balinese style gardens create that relaxing away from it all feel. Peace and serenity as you do laps of the Communal pool or work out in the fully equipped gym. Please note Children are not allowed in the gym.

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay:

  • A fold out bed: $75
  • A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Pet Friendly
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg, no cat's allowed sorry. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. As there is no grassed area for this apartment guests will need to bring their own dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Any pet hair found in the apartment will incur an immediate $150 deducted from your bond. A $40 pet fee applies.

Meet and Greet

We employ an external Concierge service, who have worked with Rejuvenate Stays for many years in providing this service to our guests. They will greet you at the apartment on your arrival and provide a tour of the property and give you the keys for your stay.

Once advised by you we make a note of your desired arrival time however this time will also have to be confirmed with the Concierge directly. There is a $60 meet and greet fee already applied to your total booking cost covering arrivals between 3pm - 10pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after hours Concierge fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours Concierge fee. 

Please notify our Concierge of any delays in advance (at least 1 hour before scheduled arrival). Any delays not notified in advance may incur an additional $70 call out fee.

Supplies
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay. 

Public Transport

Located only 5 km from the CBD it is a quick 20 mins by bus or tram to the City.

By tram: Number 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street (about 20 minutes).

By bus: Number 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay Street to (about 25 minutes).

Location

Getting around and where to go

A 2 minute walk and you will be at the beach. Set yourself up with a coffee or glass of wine at 3 Station Pier or Waterfront Port Melbourne and people-watch as the Spirit of Tasmania ferry arrives, and the international cruise ships dock.

  • Gas Works Art Park

Take a quick walk to this popular arts complex which includes two theatres, three gallery spaces, a café and much more. Dogs are free to run around the park in the off leash areas. Take the kids to the playground whilst you enjoy a picnic, BBQ or take a jog on the walking track. You will love spending Saturday mornings at the Farmers Market on the grass soaking up the vibrant atmosphere and sampling the very best of local Victorian produce. (Every 3rd Saturday of the month)
 

  • A bit about Port Melbourne

The suburb is bordered by the shores of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of the Yarra River. Open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge. Port Melbourne has undergone a major demographic shift in the past twenty years, from one of the cheapest and poorest suburbs in the City to one of the wealthiest. Many large apartment developments in Port Melbourne occupy large blocks of land, taking over large factories and warehouses such as the Urban Sea Drift Apartment development.

Step back from the beach to Bay Street. Quality coffee and the best French provisions at Noisette. Shop up a storm at Bay Street's swanky boutiques and absorb a spot of culture at MARS Gallery. The plethora of bars will set you up with frothy beers (boutique, naturally) and top-notch pub grub.

Cleaning Service

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
