best friend at home as we welcome small dogs to join you. Why wouldn’t we
with the beach, walking tracks and multitude of parks in the area?

The outdoor Courtyard/entertaining area with BBQ is perfect for those
alfresco occasions or dine indoors at the stunning industrial style concrete
topped 6 seater dining table. Bring along your favourite music to play
through the 320 watt Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Sound system. Keep enjoying yourself by
choosing one of the many movies on Netflix.

The Apartment building underwent a massive redevelopment to preserve the
heritage facade of the building from the 1800’s when it was an old brewery.
Hidden behind this facade is a hidden oasis with a unique design that is
thoroughly modern. Balinese style gardens create that relaxing away from it
all feel. Peace and serenity as you do laps of the Communal pool or work out
in the fully equipped gym. Please note Children are not allowed in the gym.

/Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside
the apartment./

*Pet Friendly*
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are welcome upon
application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg,
no cat's allowed sorry. Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed.
Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. As there is no
grassed area for this apartment guests will need to bring their own dogs'
bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are
not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and
disturb other residents. Any pet hair found in the apartment will incur an
immediate $150 deducted from your bond. A $40 pet fee applies.

*Meet and Greet*

Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the
apartment and welcome you. There is a $60 meet and greet fee applied to your
total booking cost however if you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00pm, an
additional after hours Concierge fee of $20 will apply. Arrivals after
12:00pm will incur an additional $80 after hours Concierge fee.  

Please notify our Concierge of any delays in advance (at least 1 hour before
scheduled arrival). Any delays not notified in advance may incur an
additional $70 call out fee.

*Supplies*
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as
toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to
purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay. 

*Public Transport*

Located only 5 km from the CBD it is a quick 20 mins by bus or tram to the
City.

By tram: Number 109 (to Port Melbourne) from Collins Street (about 20
minutes).

By bus: Number 238 from the corner of Collins and Market streets to Bay
Street to (about 25 minutes).

/Getting around and where to go /

A 2 minute walk and you will be at the beach. Set yourself up with a coffee
or glass of wine at 3 Station Pier or Waterfront Port Melbourne and
people-watch as the Spirit of Tasmania ferry arrives, and the international
cruise ships dock.

* /Gas Works Art Park/

Take a quick walk to this popular arts complex which includes two theatres,
three gallery spaces, a café and much more. Dogs are free to run around the
park in the off leash areas. Take the kids to the playground whilst you enjoy
a picnic, BBQ or take a jog on the walking track. You will love spending
Saturday mornings at the Farmers Market on the grass soaking up the vibrant
atmosphere and sampling the very best of local Victorian produce. (Every 3rd
Saturday of the month)

The suburb is bordered by the shores of Hobsons Bay and the lower reaches of
the Yarra River. Open parklands, bayside beaches, exclusive apartments and
Bay Street's restaurants and cafes. The suburb also forms a major transport
link from east to west, home to one end of the West Gate Bridge. Port
Melbourne has undergone a major demographic shift in the past twenty years,
from one of the cheapest and poorest suburbs in the City to one of the
wealthiest. Many large apartment developments in Port Melbourne occupy large
blocks of land, taking over large factories and warehouses such as the Urban
Sea Drift Apartment development.

*Cleaning Service*
Staying 9+ nights? We include compulsory interim housekeeping. Additional
cleans can be provided on request. Staying between 3 and 8 nights? Let our
housekeeping team provide you with a fresh, clean apartment! Available at a
rate of $120 AUD per service.

*Security Deposit and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount
up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.

Perfect location that met our needs. We were able to walk every where. Close to the beach, restaurants and cafes. Modern and stylish interior. Comfortable bed and couch. Loved that there was an Apple TV.
