Rejuvenate Stays first began in 2007 from very humble beginnings when our founder Lisa Emrose wanted some flexibility in her career whilst raising twin boys. Holidaying in her home state of Victoria provides the fondest of memories for Lisa so she started a holiday rental business managing a handful of properties in Phillip Island. This has grown to 30+ beautiful, hand selected and individually styled properties across Melbourne and greater Victoria. Lisa has a love for Melbourne and Victoria and has chosen to specialise in one of the greatest holiday destinations in the world.
Lisa has a strong commitment to this industry and has been an active board member of the Australian Short Term Accommodation Association (ASTRA) and is on the Victorian Accommodation Industry Association (VICAIA) committee working with the State Government and industry professionals to undertake vital research, engage and shape policy regarding industry regulation and sustainability.
Outside of running her Company Lisa is a fitness fanatic often seen paving the payment along the running tracks of Melbourne. Lover of live music as a teen of the 70’s and 80’s, 2 gorgeous Staffys, 2 wonderful sons and married to her childhood sweetheart – life could not be better.

She has been working for Rejuvenate Stays for almost 4 years now and has learned the ins and outs of the business. She has started as Guest Experience Officer and all-around Admin assistant and now deals with Accounts and Owner relations.
If you want to achieve a good result, it can be surprising to see how much effort Janice put into the task. She’s been great at building strategies, setting priorities, and solving problems because she always tries to understand every situation and offer realistic solutions.
