It’s time to head off on your trip and you want to start making final arrangements.

What’s Included In Your Stay?

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Some properties require you to supply your own linen and towels or they can be hired for an additional cost. Please refer to the properties listing for more information

How Can I Access The Property?

Once your security deposit has been paid we will email you your arrival instructions 7 days prior to your arrival. If you have not received these please contact us immediately as you will not be able to gain access to the property without them.

What If I Need To Cancel My Booking?

Where Can I Store My Luggage?

As our properties are self contained we do not have staff onsite that can assist with luggage storage. On some occasions we may be able to offer a later checkout or there are services you can take advantage of in such locations as Flinders Street Station

Early Check In, Late Check Outs, Child Extras etc?

We offer a number of special requests and offer a customised service so please let us know if there is anything you need and we can work out a solution for you? More details available here.

How Are My Credit Card Details Stored?

We take your security very seriously and we are PCI complaint as we use a highly reputable credit card merchant
