Simply oozing in beachside charm, this 3 bedroom north facing, cabin-style home is drenched in natural and fits on a large block with fenced in yard that is perfect for kids.

The Treehouse seamlessly blends natural interiors with a fun contemporary style, crafting the ideal beach escape for a family or small group. Simply walk through the back access, 2 minutes walking distance and find yourself at the patrolled surf beach.

The Treehouse boasts large picture windows which frame a spacious, expansive terrace, forming a courtyard-style space among several 100-year old banksia trees and the sounds of the ocean. Light streams across the bright and breezy open-plan interior, where cork floors add a warmth to the white walls.

The living area is composed of a relaxed white sofa and an indoor wood burner, ideal for cosy winter evenings. A wicker benchseat creates a natural divide between the living and dining area, where you’ll have a dining table to sit around, under the warm glow of the large pendant lamp. Extra seating is provided by wooden stools and a breakfast bar, doubling up as an extra workspace. .For outdoorsy types, there is a large private garden with a lush green lawn, and an outdoor dining area, just waiting to be laden with a holiday feast.

Boasting three spacious bedrooms with built in storage, this cheerful home is ideal for families or groups. Wake up to sounds of local bird life and the beautiful Banksia trees in the master bedroom that boasts a Queen bed, opposite floor-to-ceiling windows that allow fantastic light, plus a cosy bamboo armchair to settle into with a book. There is a second spacious bedroome with a queen bed. The final bedroom is an escape for kids and doubles as a second living room with a second TV - two sets of bunkbeds form the perfect den for up to four kids.

Beyond your home-way-from-home, a restorative vacation awaits. Known for its relaxed beachside living alongside acres of natural coastal beauty, Inverloch is a restful gem. If you’re a keen surfer, this property is on the doorstep of Inverloch Surf Beach (although no judgement for those who want to watch others ride the waves whilst topping up their tan). A coastal foot and bike path is close by, offering a sporty way to see some of your stunning local scenery while you cruise into town. When it comes to dining, Inverloch puts on a great display of choice. Whether you’re seeking pubs, coffee shops, bakeries or restaurants, or even just a good fish and chip shop, you are spoilt for choice.

The Neighbourhood

  • You’ve got heaps of coastline to explore. The patrolled Inverloch Surf Beach (2 min walk), Shack Bay and The Caves Beach offer lots of rugged exploration, or take one of the many trails, like the 5.5km Inverloch Foreshore Walking Track, which runs along the coastline and offers spectacular views.
  • Enjoy the Inverloch town centre shops, restaurants and pubs. Book a massage (Mind Day Spa) or take a Pilates class (You Pilates).
  • Enjoy the local wineries Dirty Three Wines, Harman Wines or Gippsland Wine Company.
  • Travel over to Wilson's Promontory National Park (50 min drive) and enjoy Norman Beach or take a energising hike
  • Ride your bike along the coast to Kilcunda via the Bass Coast Rail Trail and enjoy the ocean views from the General Store or Ocean View Hotel
  • Head to the multi-award-winning RACV resort bar and kitchen for a high-brow evening meal, where you can experience the finest local produce from the Bass Coast and Gippsland region, all in a stunning building making the most of its coastal views.
  • Make a day trip to explore Philip Island. The 50 minute drive is well worth it, and ideal for spotting penguins, seals and even whales - a great boat excursion!
  • For indulgent breakfast options and coffee, stop for brunch at The Beach Box Café, The Local, or the Silky Inverloch.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify. You’re just a 2-hour drive from Melbourne, and Buses leave from Inverloch to Melbourne seven days a week, four times daily from Monday to Friday, twice on Saturday and Sunday.

  • Please note there are strictly no parties/gatherings at this property.
  • Pets may be permitted upon reques Guests to accept Pet Policy prior to stay.
  • Rejuvenate Stays reserves the right to decline any bookings should we think the property will be misused in any way.
  • Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

PET POLICY:
Pet Friendly On Application (Dogs Only)

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost. A pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

Please note: There is non refundable 3.5% credit card fee surcharge for debit/credit card payments.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
