The main entertaining space of this property is situated on the second floor, where a charming living area with pillowing white sofas overlooks patio doors that pull back to offer access to the wraparound balcony. Alfresco living can be enjoyed further on the lower floor, which boasts private decking and gardens. Dine and recline on the decking, where you'll find a delightful dining table overlooking the lush lawns. Picture yourself enjoying a leisurely breakfast with the sound of the waves in the background or unwinding with a glass of wine as the sun sets over the ocean.

The property boasts not one, but two kitchens – one conveniently located upstairs for those lovely views while you prepare your favourite meals. For delightful family dinners, a separate dining room is situated downstairs. As well as these copious convenient amenities, the five bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to accommodate various needs. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, while the second and third bedrooms feature queen-sized beds for a touch of luxury. The fourth bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, perfect for a good night's sleep after a day of seaside adventures. Explore Beaches

One thing we love about this house is location, location, location! The beach is located just down the road. Grab some beach towels and stroll down to the beach in 5 mins!

Guests can also do a number of walks along the coast - the most straight forward is the walk to either St Leonard or Portarlington for something to do - both are approximately 6km round trip give or take a little from the house.

There are great public transport links around this property, and you're welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

Rejuvenate Stays reserves the right to decline any bookings should we think the property will be misused in any way.

Please be mindful of our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.

Pet Friendly On Application (Dogs Only)

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost. A pet fee of $50 per pet applies.

Security Deposit and Guest Information

Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 3 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
