This enchanting gem is in a highly sought after location which has everything you need for a family holiday or an Executive stay. Self-cater for yourself easily in the large kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and more. Sit down to a meal in the dining room or head out to one of the many local restaurants and well-known bars such as the Auburn Hotel.

Entertainment wise you have an impressive Samsung LED TV with Bluetooth Pioneer sound system, Free NBN Wi-Fi and Optus Fetch TV. There is a split system with heating and cooling in the lounge room. A full sized laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer help out for those longer stays. 

2 car park spaces are available – 1 Secure off street parking available upon request and inside the building bay area. Public transport is easily accessible with a tram stop, just a 150m, 2 min walk away (Tooronga Rd/Riversdale Rd) and Auburn Train station is just a 1 km stroll.

A parking permit is available upon request.

Please do not use the undercover parking slot #5 as the owner is using it and not available for guests' use
You can use 2 parking space as follows:
1. Drive to the end of the car park, proceed through the archway and the bay on your right-hand side (outside) with a number 5 on the wall
2. Street parking permit  available inside the apartment

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

  • A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm -6:00 pm. If you are arriving between 6:00pm – 9:00pm, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 9:00pm will incur an additional $100 after hours fee and subject to confirmation.  Please confirm if you require an after hours check in at the time of booking to confirm if we can organise this for you.

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. Depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly. Please contact us to discuss.

Public Transport

Tram – Tooronga Rd/Riversdale Rd (Stop 37): 150m, 2 min walk

Auburn Train Station: 1km, 13 min walk

  • Riversdale Hotel off Auburn Road for a great local feed: 300m, 5 min walk
  • ‘Hello Sailor’ a sought after local café on Auburn Road for Brunch and a delicious Coffee: 1km, 11 min walk
  • A casual dinner with the kids at ‘Auburn Road Pizza’: 400m, 6 min walk
  • A local favourite for a fancy candlelit and romantic dinner at ‘Porgies & Mr Jones’: 400m, 6 min walk.  
  • Jam factory on Chapel Street- enjoy a relaxed evening of food, drinks and a movie: 6.5 km to the. 
  • The Coles Group Head office in Tooronga: 2 km, 6 min drive

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: 
Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

  • Excellent location and great apartment.

  • We had a lovely stay here. I had to fly to Melbourne for surgery and this apartment was cosy and perfect to recover in. Well equipped with everything you could need and a very comfy bed!
