Then there is the formal Sitting room with 3 seater lounge, living area with 8 seater dining table, massive kitchen with sleek black fittings, stone benchtop with 5 stools and walk-in pantry.
Venture upstairs to the huge Cinema room with 280 cm screen, Yamaha surround sound, DVD, 4 Lounge seats (2 reclining) and 2 large bean bags. It has everything a cinema experience demands. Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the house or the outdoor area.
Bedroom Configuration. Linen and towels supplied. All bedrooms are located upstairs.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with 2 guests of 25 years of age or older, sorry we don't accept large young groups. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
