What We Love
Sit back. relax and enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean from the floor to ceiling windows of this 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home situated in a seaside town in Victoria. The open-plan living and dining area is a stunning space with 180 degree ocean view. The large glass windows create a light, bright, modern, spacious and warm vibe.
The Master’s bedroom upstairs has a walk-in robe and En-suite. The three bedrooms downstairs are all carpeted and cozy with one bathroom to share. All rooms have air-conditioning and heating which is perfect for any weather. The living area is spacious with timber flooring and 2 large couches for lazy days when you just want to watch your favorite show on the large flat screen SmartTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and has plenty of cupboard space. It has a gas cooktop, an oven below the stove for easy clean-up, dishwasher, microwave, and a fridge large enough to store food for a week if you’re planning to stay long and just leave that city life behind for a while.
The house also comes with a double garage perfect if you’re coming with 2 cars.
With its bright sun and warm sea sides, this is a destination worth taking into account. No Pets Allowed
Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with 2 guests of 25 years of age or older, sorry we don’t accept large young groups. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don’t fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
Points of interest:
If you visit in the warmer months, you won’t want to miss a visit to the beach which is about 1.1 km from the house. Although it’s a nice place to be in the cooler months too!
Bounce at Jumpz Anglesea only a 3 minute drive from the house – This simple trampoline park is lots of fun! At this one of the Anglesea attractions Victoria, you will find tons of trampolines all laid out together as well as ones tilted on their sides for tons of jumping fun!
Take a 15 minute drive to BellBrae Estate where you can find a boutique family-owned vineyard and cellar door, the estate enjoys a cool, maritime climate and produces elegant wines such as Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Shiraz.
Located just before arriving in Anglesea on the Great Ocean Road, get a free taste of chocolate and ice cream at the Chocolaterie And Ice Creamery, this chocolate factory isn’t just delicious but interesting too as you can watch them making the chocolates from inside.
Located up the Anglesea River, Coogoorah Park Nature Reserve is the perfect place to visit to take a bush walk, play at a great playground or do some fishing.

1. Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to Rejuvenate Stays via Airbnb prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details.
2.Please call Rejuvenate Stays if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests surrounding the property. Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please contact us at Rejuvenate Stays and we would love to accommodate you.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it. Let us know if this is not possible so we can advise our cleaners to assist with disposal.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes. If you found any crockery, cutlery etc to be unclean on arrival please leave it out for our cleaners to attend to with a little note thanks.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels hanging up in the bathroom.
13.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
14.Please ensure that the keys/remotes/fobs are left as instructed in your arrival instructions.
15. Any loss of keys, remotes, fobs and/or parking permits will incur a replacement and administration fine. Please refer to the property specific information for the cost involved.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
17. Minor Guest Policy

19. Maintenance Issues:
We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm – Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only.
Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm – before 9 am Monday-Friday )
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We can’t compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. An email or text out of these hours is the best form of contact.
