The large open plan kitchen makes it easy to prepare and cook meals. Equipped with everything you expect such as a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee machine and microwave. Then enjoy the meal together around the 6 seater dining table or outside on the balcony, with bridge views.
If you decided to stay in or want to relax at night after a big day of swimming or exploring then we have you covered. With access to Netflix, Stan as well as an extensive selection of DVD's there is plenty of choice for everyone.
This fully self-contained apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator and secure entrance making it effortless to drop off those big bags and make your way straight to the beach and start exploring the local area. There are numerous restaurants, cafes, lovely boutique shops, park & playground and fishing jetty with daily pelican and stingray feeding which you can watch for free. It’s kids paradise, pelicans and park across the road, little kids safe beach just at the back a 3 mins walk. Even big kids play with the dolls’ house.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Handy location. Close to all local shops and activities, only a short drive to Philip island. The place is cute, clean and comfortable, fully equipped with linen, towels and had lots of kids toys and drawing things to keep our girls preoccupied. The place was also nice enough to have pantry items available to use.
