Enjoy staying in the centre of Cowes during your visit to Phillip Island at our spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse, Ocean Whispers. It is a quick 300m walk to the north facing golden beach of Lovers Walk. There is a skate park, tennis courts and footy oval a less than minute walk from this gorgeous home. A 500m stroll to The Esplanade where you will find many shops, cafes and restaurants. Our bright and modern stylish townhouse is sure to tick all the boxes for your Island getaway. Perfect for 3 couples or 2 families holidaying together. We have available family games suitable for the kids and young at heart. We are also Pet-Friendly, so no one misses out during your stay. Linen and towels are supplied for you. Plus a single car garage and on street parking available.
This two level townhouse is tastefully styled and filled with all the comforts required for a home away from home. Ocean Whispers is just 1 of 4 in the block so is very quiet and private. There is a lovely landscaped courtyard and deck with gas BBQ and outdoor setting, which waits for you to enjoy a meal and a quiet drink after a day at the track, beach or exploring the Coast. Watch a film with the family on the Smart TV and enjoy the use of WiFi throughout the property. There is also air conditioning and heating in the home. There are board games for kids and adults, books and DVDs for the rainy days.
The 3 bedrooms and main bathroom are upstairs along with a deck and outdoor setting. The deck and bathroom are also accessible from the master bedroom. Enjoy open plan living and entertainment downstairs with all the modern fixtures and fittings. Ceiling fans and plenty of cupboard space in each bedroom. There is a wagon full of beach goodies, from chairs to bucked and spade, bodyboard and ball.

We also have a kayak available for guests use.
Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the house.

Our rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don’t fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
This is strictly a non-smoking property however smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion.
Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.
Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost. A $50 fee applies.
Interaction with guests
We will not be present during your stay however if you need any help or have any questions we are contactable.
Spend long filled hours down the beach, take a cruise on the ferry to the Nobbies to see seals bathing in the sun or have a picnic at French Island. Wine and dine to your heart’s content.
Only 200m away are Tennis courts, a recreation ground and gymnasium. When your done with relaxing- you can enjoy getting fit and physical on your beach getaway and feel a sense of balance in your mind and body.
You will have access to the entire townhouse, outdoor entertaining area and garage.
1. Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to Rejuvenate Stays via Airbnb prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details.
2.Please call Rejuvenate Stays if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests surrounding the property. Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please contact us at Rejuvenate Stays and we would love to accommodate you.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it. Let us know if this is not possible so we can advise our cleaners to assist with disposal.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes. If you found any crockery, cutlery etc to be unclean on arrival please leave it out for our cleaners to attend to with a little note thanks.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels hanging up in the bathroom.
13.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
14.Please ensure that the keys/remotes/fobs are left as instructed in your arrival instructions.
15. Any loss of keys, remotes, fobs and/or parking permits will incur a replacement and administration fine. Please refer to the property specific information for the cost involved.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
17. Minor Guest Policy
Guests Under the Age of 25 MUST travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older
Guests are required to be 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided.
We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

19. Maintenance Issues:
We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm – Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only.
Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm – before 9 am Monday-Friday )
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We can’t compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. An email or text out of these hours is the best form of contact.
