This bright and uplifting beach home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably in four well-appointed bedrooms with linen and towels provided. The layout of this home caters well to large groups with open plan living. Whether you are cooking up a storm with the generous array of kitchenware or enjoying the outdoor BBQ and entertaining area, you can all be part of the action. Best of all, you are welcome to bring your furry mates with you, as this happy home is pet-friendly! Let them enjoy the space to stretch in the sun.
A perfect home for three generations, the kids’ playroom is a brilliant space with a comfy couch, bean bags, colouring books and a flat screen TV, plus unlimited WiFi throughout the entire home to stay connected and Netflix in the living room. The three zones in the house provide everybody with their own space, even the little ones who need a daytime nap. The kids’ oasis has a split system with heating and air-conditioning, plus a cot and highchair are available on request. Cosy and warm in winter but in summer it is lovely and cool.
The large living area with heating and cooling is designed with simple and fresh décor. Let the sea breeze flow through the beautiful glass doors and choose to watch Netflix or one of the many movies from the DVD library or relax with some tunes on the sound system. Enjoy dining either indoors or alfresco whilst sharing all those goodies you have purchased at the local Cowes Produce Markets. Take advantage of being so close to everything with the shops, cafes, local RSL and of course the beach within 5-15 minutes walk away. Explore the gorgeous town of Cowes with the 4 bikes supplied for your convenience.

Family style kitchen fully equipped with Caffitaly S20 coffee machine, Blanco dishwasher, Electric stove top and oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, Whirlpool refrigerator and full use of kitchen utensils and crockery. 2 bench stools, 8 seater dining table, flat screen TV’s in the main lounge room with Netflix and 1 TV in the 4th bedroom. 2 DVD Players, DVD Library, stereo, Free Wi-Fi, board games, books and a small selection of toys. Separate laundry with dual washing machine and clothes dryer, iron and ironing board.
3 Split system’s air conditioning and heating in the living room, main bedroom and 4th bedroom. The main bedroom has an electric blanket. 8 person outdoor garden setting and BBQ facilities, 4 adult bicycles with helmets, secure garage for 1 car plus driveway.

Our rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don’t fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
This is strictly a non-smoking property however smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
Pet Friendly On Application
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion. Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture.
Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost. A $50 fee applies.

Guests have full access to this beautiful home including the outdoor patio, backyard and garage.
1. Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to Rejuvenate Stays via Airbnb prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details.
2.Please call Rejuvenate Stays if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests surrounding the property. Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please contact us at Rejuvenate Stays and we would love to accommodate you.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it. Let us know if this is not possible so we can advise our cleaners to assist with disposal.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes. If you found any crockery, cutlery etc to be unclean on arrival please leave it out for our cleaners to attend to with a little note thanks.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels hanging up in the bathroom.
13.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
14.Please ensure that the keys/remotes/fobs are left as instructed in your arrival instructions.
15. Any loss of keys, remotes, fobs and/or parking permits will incur a replacement and administration fine. Please refer to the property specific information for the cost involved.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
17. Minor Guest Policy
Guests Under the Age of 25 MUST travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older
Guests are required to be 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided.
We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

19. Maintenance Issues:
We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm – Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only.
Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm – before 9 am Monday-Friday )
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We can’t compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. An email or text out of these hours is the best form of contact.
