The impressive entry complete with porcelain tiles that run through the formal living area joins the hardwood floor giving you that feeling of opulence. Cook up a storm in the open plan kitchen with solid granite benches, stainless steel appliances, and a formal dining area overlooking the amazing indoor heated pool. The pool area is surrounded by a generous outdoor deck with marble top dining setting and umbrella designed for a relaxing BBQ with friends or even an afternoon mocktail/cocktail in the sunshine. There is plenty of space for larger family groups looking at getting away together and superb for a couples romantic weekend.

Kick back and recline in your very own home theatre room with a library of movies, Apple TV and Netflix to choose from. Free Wi-Fi and fixed-line internet available for you; there is a 48” Smart LED TV in the lounge room. There are Split system air-conditioning and heating units in the dining/living area and home theatre room. There are pedestal fans in the bedrooms and wall-mounted panel heaters.

There is parking available in the double car garage and an additional 2 cars may park in the driveway. This premium property is for the discerning traveller only. We do not accept large party groups.

Indoor Pool
Thanks to energy straight from the sun we have an environmental conscience facility with an economic outcome — a win-win for you and the planet. This is a solar heated pool with a gas overlay to ensure that even on cloudy days and all year round it still maintains an even temperature.

Water is pumped from the swimming pool through a multi-tube solar collector on the house roof and then back to the pool. As the water passes through the solar collector, it is warmed by the sun and with a little help from the gas overlay, it stays at 28 degrees. Unlike a spa pool, this temperature cannot be altered. The Pool depth is approximately 1 metre at its shallowest to approximately 1.6 metres. The length of the pool is 8 metres and width 3.5 metres.

All beds have electric blankets in Winter
Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay
• A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Walking distance to all amenities or take a drive and explore the surrounding coastal area.

A 2 hour and 15 min drive to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.

Notes

Our rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don’t fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

This is strictly a non-smoking property however you are permitted to smoke in the outdoor area.

No Pets Allowed.

Interaction with guests

We will not be present during your stay however if you need any help or have any questions we are contactable.

Neighborhood

Your are central enough to walk everywhere, yet also have the space and distance to retreat in your own beach home if you fancy. The choice is your’s.

Take a short stroll to the local park, only an 8 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute stroll to the main street where you can eat, drink and shop. A 10 minute drive will take you to the well known Penguin Parade at The Nobbies Centre.

Access

You will have access to the whole property including the garage and outdoor entertaining area.

House Rules

1. Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to Rejuvenate Stays via Airbnb prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details.
2.Please call Rejuvenate Stays if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests surrounding the property. Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please contact us at Rejuvenate Stays and we would love to accommodate you.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it. Let us know if this is not possible so we can advise our cleaners to assist with disposal.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes. If you found any crockery, cutlery etc to be unclean on arrival please leave it out for our cleaners to attend to with a little note thanks.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels hanging up in the bathroom.
13.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
14.Please ensure that the keys/remotes/fobs are left as instructed in your arrival instructions.
15. Any loss of keys, remotes, fobs and/or parking permits will incur a replacement and administration fine. Please refer to the property specific information for the cost involved.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
17. Minor Guest Policy
Guests Under the Age of 25 MUST travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older
Guests are required to be 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided.
We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.
18. Pets Policy ( For Properties Applicable only)
Please refer to our terms and conditions or our property description for more information regarding our pet’s policy.
19. Maintenance Issues:
We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm – Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only.
Public Holidays
Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm – before 9 am Monday-Friday )
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We can’t compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
