You must display this permit in your vehicle so that parking inspectors can see that you are allowed to park there. Please be reminded of the clearway times in George's road its fine to park there but never in clearway times.Please note that host will not be liable for any towed car.

Pet Friendly On Application (Dogs Only)
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog and their breed. We allow 1 dog per stay and must be a maximum of 30 kgs. We may make an exception at our discretion. 

Pets need to have all common vaccinations and registrations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for any time spent cleaning up pet waste on the balcony so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely. Pets are not to be left alone in the property as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property, we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost.

A $45 fee applies.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note guests under the age of 25 must travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

  • This place is neat, tidy, has all the amenities you need & fantastic for an inner city stay. Close to everything you need – restaurants, shops, public transport & even has a fabulous courtyard. The host provided very clear detailed instructions & was very responsive. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in inner city Fitzroy North.

  • Great place to stay if you want to experience Melbourne but be out of the city itself. It had wonderful bars and restaurants close by and a tram stop right out front. The place was clean and comfortable and was a great place to unwind after a day out sightseeing. Highly recommend it if you have multiple people travelling and want a nice private accommodation close to everything you might need.

  • Lovely private home in the middle of North Fitzroy. Would stay again — very comfortable and clean and lovely yard.

  • The location is perfect, if you don’t feel like going into the city, there are some cool bars and restaurants. The tram is right out the front, which makes everything accessible. The house is perfect for a group. Good layout. Perfect location, great communication from Lisa, great email detailing how to get there your options for restaurants and cafes in the area. Standing room cafe has amazing coffee!
