Set in one of Aireys Inlet’s best streets on the sought after beachside of the Great Ocean Road, only 400m from the clifftop walk and a very easy 650m stroll to the fabulous Sunnymead and Sandy Gully beaches.
At the end of a quiet court and positioned on a flat block of around 850m2, this superbly designed four bedroom, two bathroom house, sleeps up to 8, offering the perfect location for families, friends getaways or just you and your best friends, including your dog as we are pet friendly on application (outside only, more information below). It also has the modern comforts of home with Wi-Fi, Netflix and air conditioning and heating available.
Fill your days with long coastal walks, lazy beach days, or Great Ocean road tripping before returning to this 2 level stunning retreat with two separate living areas allowing for room to spread. The northerly aspect is amazing and provides for the sensational winter sun to flow into the expansive open plan living area upstairs as well as the two separate outdoor deck areas. One of which is partially covered to enjoy the BBQ or your wine and cheese on the Acapulco chairs any time of year.
Enter through the beautiful timber door to the lower level foyer with polished salt and pepper concrete floors downstairs. The features of this magnificent property are many and varied, but include double glazing, great cross flow ventilation, a 6 star gas log fire plus much, much more including the inviting tallowwood floors upstairs. Outside you will also find a large fire pit with wooden bench seating, don’t forget the marshmallows!
Most importantly, the location is absolutely superb, allowing privacy, peace and quiet and the perfect spot to reside or relax all only 100km from Melbourne. There is a double carport plus space for another 2 cars in the driveway.

Sliding glass doors from the downstairs living area lead outside, with paved outdoor area, outdoor shower, lawn and native garden. Upstairs is the beautiful open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Sunlit and spacious, this level has warm tallowed timber floorboards and a timeless white and timber colour scheme.
Featuring a gas log fireplace, split system air conditioner, comfy lounges, Smart TV, DVD player and Bluetooth Speaker, the living room is an inviting space to relax in, whatever the season or weather. The modern kitchen features stone and stainless steel benchtops, a 900mm electric oven with gas cooktop, dishwasher, fridge with ice dispenser, Aldi Coffee Machine and excellent quality kitchenware and appliances. Enjoy your breakfast on the sheltered North facing deck just off the kitchen, or relax here all afternoon revelling in the peace and quiet.
For family dining, choose to gather around the 8 seat timber dining table together, or enjoy the views on the ocean side deck, cooking up the day’s catch on the Jumbuck 4 burner BBQ. Netflix available on the TV in the bedroom and downstairs lounge room.
You will find the spacious master suite upstairs, with queen size bed, modern en-suite with walk-in shower, and walk-in wardrobe. The ground level houses the 2nd living area with large flat screen Smart TV & DVD, split system Air Conditioning and Heating as well as an electric Noriet panel heater plus the 3 other bedrooms.
Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the house.

A porta cot, high chair and stair guard: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.
The Stairguard is not fitted guard so children will need to be supervised around the stairs at all times. We do not recommend the property for children who cannot negotiate stairs or cannot be supervised around the stairs at all times.

It takes approximately an hour and 40 minutes to drive from Melbourne to Aireys Inlet.
Our rates are based on twin share, please let us know if you require more beds. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. Children over the age of 12 months will be charged an additional guest fee. If you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don’t fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.
This is strictly a non-smoking property however smoking is permitted in the outdoor area.
Pet Friendly On Application
Dogs permitted on Application and outdoors only. Please also advise the breed of your dog as some very large breeds will not be permitted. Dogs must be up to date with all the proper vaccinations and registrations.
No dogs are to be brought inside the house at any time. They are welcome to sleep on the upstairs balconies but not indoors. There is a little kennel out the back which your best friend is also welcome to use. The backyard is enclosed by a wire fence so it is not suitable for escape artists or jumpers. There are also chickens in the neighbouring property of the yard. Pets must be kept under control at all times. Please ensure they are not left alone for extended periods as they can become distressed.
Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Guests are responsible for 100% of the costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste in the yard so that our cleaners can do the rest of their job safely.
Rejuvenate Stays is not responsible if your pet escapes from the property and we recommend they have a collar with their name and contact phone number if they do become lost. A $50 fee applies.

We will not be present during your stay however if you need any help or have any questions we are contactable.
You have all the usual beachside activities every day of the year; surfing, boogey boarding, swimming, rock pool rambling, fishing, horse riding, walks on one of our five beautiful beaches, bushwalking in the Great Otway National Park, mountain biking, canoeing, tennis, bird watching, golf and much more.
•Access to the Coastal walk – 400m, 5 min walk. Aireys Inlet is one book-end of the 44 km Surf Coast Walk, a cliff top and forest walk connecting to Anglesea and Torquay.

Guests have full access to this beautiful home, the outdoor patio and double car port.
Dogs are only allowed outside, please make sure you read the pets policy before booking to make sure it is suitable for you.
1. Identification of all guests to be sent upon request to Rejuvenate Stays via Airbnb prior to the access instructions sent out. If ID has not been received (if requested), we reserve the right not to send out access details.
2.Please call Rejuvenate Stays if you discover any issues within the first hour of check in so they can be checked and rectified if necessary.
3.Please note Rejuvenate Stays properties are all ‘non-smoking’ properties. If there has been smoking in a “non-smoking room” you may incur a cleaning surcharge being added to your account.
4.Please switch lights, air con, fans or heating OFF when not occupying the premises.
5.If you have additional guests who wish to stay please let us know as the number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the booking confirmation or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance and for the use of additional bedrooms.
6.Please note we do not accept events or parties. Any disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise, offensive and/or unruly behaviour, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.
7.Guests are expected to behave in a manner, which is conducive to the safety, comfort and convenience of other guests surrounding the property. Only guests advised in the booking agreement are allowed on premises. Additional visitors by arrangement only
8.Please let us know if there are any breakages or items you notice that need repair. Even if it’s a glass we would appreciate you letting us know so that we can replace it for the next guests.
9.Checkout time is strictly 10:00am, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you would like to check out later or stay another night please contact us at Rejuvenate Stays and we would love to accommodate you.
10.Please ensure that all garbage is taken out and if you are there on bin collection day please put the bins out as we would greatly appreciate it. Let us know if this is not possible so we can advise our cleaners to assist with disposal.
11.Please wash and put away any dishes. If you found any crockery, cutlery etc to be unclean on arrival please leave it out for our cleaners to attend to with a little note thanks.
12.Please remove all linen from beds and place on end of bed. Please leave towels hanging up in the bathroom.
13.Please lock all windows and doors when departing.
14.Please ensure that the keys/remotes/fobs are left as instructed in your arrival instructions.
15. Any loss of keys, remotes, fobs and/or parking permits will incur a replacement and administration fine. Please refer to the property specific information for the cost involved.
16.Any breach of Rejuvenate Stays Terms and Conditions permits Rejuvenate Stays to refuse the key, or immediately terminate the occupancy with forfeiture of your rent. This includes any act or omission, which in the opinion of the Director Rejuvenate Stays, adversely effects or brings discredit upon the business, owner or other guests.
17. Minor Guest Policy
Guests Under the Age of 25 MUST travel with a guest of 25 years of age or older
Guests are required to be 25 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Guests not conforming to this policy, unless prior approval is given, will result in denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided.
We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you fall within this age restriction but would love to stay with us.

19. Maintenance Issues:
We do our best to attend to all maintenance issues as and when we are notified during typical work hours. However, please note if you contact us over the weekend from Friday 4pm – Monday 10am we will not be able to organise a call out. We will still be contactable over this period for emergencies only.
Outside work hours (after 4:00 pm – before 9 am Monday-Friday )
We will do our best to respond to all request of repairs within 24 hours and organise a tradesperson within work hours.
We can’t compensate any guests who request repairs/callouts during the above timeframes as it is very difficult to source tradespeople during the above mentioned hours.
Office hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday. An email or text out of these hours is the best form of contact.
