double fronted Victorian home is in a highly sort after Melbourne location, 2
KM’s from the CBD. Set on a huge block and nestled on a beautiful tree
lined street, you wouldn’t know you are a stroll away from the best bars,
cafes and quirky vintage shops. Just 350m from Edinburgh Gardens and a couple
of minutes’ walk to Queens Parade village you don’t need to be anywhere
else!

Sleeping up to 7 guests, it is spacious inside and out accompanied with a
large outdoor entertaining area and massive back yard. There is an elegant
but relaxed formal lounge room with ornamental fire place. Explore the
library of books or take in all the ornaments of our past located throughout
the property. The styling throughout this home is a nod to the history of
Fitzroy as Melbourne’s very first suburb.

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as
toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to
purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

locations of many memorable scenes.

*Cleaning Service*

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover
of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of
$120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more
comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

*Security Deposit **and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it
covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the
following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.

We enjoyed our stay with 5 adults (not all couples) so that space was great and big. We enjoyed some great restaurants and pub just down the road, yet was still fairly close to Brunswick Street and other places we wanted to explore. Thank you for having us stay :) Oct 2018

The only problem with our stay at Windermere was that it was not long enough! The location is fantastic, within easy walking distance of the cafes and shops in Clifton Hill, 5 minutes from the gorgeous Edinburgh Gardens and an easy tram ride into the city. The house is beautiful,

Windermere was beautiful overall. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and everything seemed to be in good working order. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Will definitely come back to Windermere!

My family and I had a fantastic time over Christmas staying at the Windermere in Fitzroy! We had a minor hiccup which the staff at Rejuvenate Stays dealt with very promptly. The house is beautiful and so close to public transport, lively shops and amazing restaurants! Thank you so so much for delivering a Christmas Tree to us on Christmas Eve! We will definitely be using rejuvenate stays when we are all in Melbourne again!
