Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment however you may smoke on the balcony.

Pet friendly
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. One Dog is welcome upon application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 10kg, Toilet trained. This apartment is located on Level 10, so we recommend you use Batman Park behind the building for regular walks and bathroom breaks. 

Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the proper vaccinations and registrations. Guests will need to bring their own dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times. Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed and disturb other residents

 A $50 pet fee applies.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours fee. 

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

We stayed at Viste della Fortuna for 5 nights whilst attending a convention at the MCEC. The location of the apartment was perfect for our needs, and was situated close to the MCEC whilst still being close enough to the rest of the CBD. Despite being located above the train tracks, the triple glazed door made the noise minimal and easy to sleep through! Best part about the apartment was that it was pet friendly, and our little Pomeranian was able to join us during our trip! We also had quick and helpful responses from the hosts, whenever we needed assistance and the check in/out process was simple. We had a great time, and would not hesitate to book again next year when the same convention is on! Thanks for the great stay!

“This place was perfect, it was in a great location with a beautiful view and the bed was beyond comfortable! Yes you could hear the trains faintly but you barely noticed them at all, and for me being a light sleeper, I slept like a baby! Was a very nice apartment to have a little getaway.”
