This splendid two bedroom apartment is not only in a golden location
geographically for public transport, restaurants, and schools (we are right
next door to Genazzano FCJ College), it is also styled and refurnished
recently by a renown Melbourne interior designer. 1st floor, 76sqm plus 15sqm
for the balconies, 2 bed 1 bath with free parking as well as plenty guest
parking for your family or friends to visit with ease. Normally hosts 4
adults, with the flexibility for a 5th person on foldaway bed only upon
application, an extra $40 per night applies. Reverse-cycle split system air
conditioning and heating located in the living room, trams (to city) directly
downstairs, and free WIFI and Netflix at your command. 

 

Having my family staying at this apartment in the past, I have to say there
is something magical about this apartment. A north facing living room wakes
up before the rest of Melbourne, gentle afternoon light fills the space with
peace and serenity, and depending on the weather, you can pick between either
the stylish dining table, the comfortable sofa, or the relaxing outdoor
setting to have your evening cuppa, while watching the sun set over those low
rise buildings in the distance...

 

At night time unwind in the spacious living area with your favourite show on
Netflix, or cook up a feast in the ultra modern kitchen that is every chef's
dream - there is enough cabinet and pantry space to hold almost every single
spice and sauce in the world!

toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to

*Cleaning Service*

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover
of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of
$120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more
comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

*Security Deposit and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it
covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the
following:

 Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (including sleeping directly
on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage
or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

 Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.
