Maintaining the integrity of the existing silo building was a key focus with
the preservation of the original facade of the heritage listed James Hood &
Co. Malt Store entrance, which has been a part of Collingwood’s history
since 1878.

Your spacious ultra-modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment comes with stunning
uninterrupted 270 degree views. Enjoy sitting back and watching the hot air
balloons float across the sky in the early morning from your very own balcony
complete with a café style table and chairs. 

Behind the James Malthouse historic brick façade the industrial feel of the
external building has been weaved in with soft and fresh contemporary touches
to bring together the urban chic apartment complemented by stunning finishes,
including stone bench tops, top quality appliances, hidden European laundry,
pantry, fridge and much more.

The circular shaped rooms add the wow factor to every room with big glass
windows that allow you to see different parts of the city whilst maximising
light. Sit on the couch and gaze out to see the lights of the MCG and the
Melbourne city skyline and another across to Collingwood Town Hall. There is
no way you won’t feel like you are in Melbourne when staying here.

Great for corporates or those longer stays with plenty of space for everyone
as it can sleep up to 7. There is a separate desk in the second bedroom,
a large Marri wooden dining table accompanied with 8 Jakob Rudowski Chairs,
free Wi-Fi and Netflix, a secure parking car space and public transport
within a minutes walk. Also your workout won’t be put on hold as you have
access to the residents' gym as well as the communal BBQ area. Don't forget
to add some fresh herbs from the communal garden downstairs to make your meal

*Meet and Greets*

We employ an external Concierge service, who have worked with Rejuvenate
Stays for many years in providing this service to our guests. They will greet
you at the apartment on your arrival and provide a tour of the property and
give you the keys for your stay.

Once advised by you we make a note of your desired arrival time however this
time will also have to be confirmed with the Concierge directly. There is a
$60 meet and greet fee already applied to your total booking cost covering
arrivals between 3pm - 10pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am,
an additional after hours Concierge fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after
12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours Concierge fee. 

Please notify our Concierge of any delays in advance (at least 1 hour before
scheduled arrival). Any delays not notified in advance may incur an
additional $70 call out fee.

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as
toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to
purchase all further necessities for the continuation of your stay.

*Cleaning Service*

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover
of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of
$120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more
comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.


*Security Deposit **and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount
up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.
