minutes.  Oh and don’t forget your little furry friend as we love to have

courtyard and pool, hence away from the noise of traffic, which ensures a
good night sleep to recharge your body battery daily.

 

This apartment is perfect for families, couples or solo travellers, who are
looking for a haven close to the city, a place to relax and rest and feel at
home, whether visiting for work, study, a conference, reuniting with
relatives,  exploring Melbourne – or even renovating your own place. We
are optimally designed for a group of 4 however can easily host up to 6
adults given the size of living room (extra charges apply).

*Communal Facilities*

The apartment is behind a building-controlled security door. It has a private
courtyard and a public common area including a pool and sunbeds. There is
also underground parking which you will have access to as well. There are no
stairs - walk straight into the building and the apartment is 20m straight
from the building entrance.

 

/Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside
the apartment./

Bedroom 1 – 1 x Queen Bed with a high-quality pocket-spring queen mattress

Bedroom 2 – 1 x Queen Bed with a premium Tempur memory-foam mattress (the
most comfy experience for your back)

Two fold out beds: $75 per bed

A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for
the porta cot.

*Pet friendly*
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. One Dog is welcome upon
application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 25kg,
Toilet trained. This apartment is located on ground level, so we recommend
you use Pridmore Park for regular walks and bathroom breaks.

 Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the
proper vaccinations and registrations. Guests will need to bring their own
dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times.
Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed
and disturb other residents.

A $40 pet fee applies. 

 

*Supplies*
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as
toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to
purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

*Cleaning Service*

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover
of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of
$120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more
comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

 *Security Deposit and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it
covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the
following:

 Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (incl. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

 Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.
