Situated just 90 meters off High street which is the home to some of Northcotes best restaurants and an eclectic mix of art and design spaces which are simply begging to be explored. Despite its 'off main street' location it is incredibly quiet as is nestled at the end of a no through road with no passing traffic. With access to public transport at your fingertips it makes navigating a dream. Simply leave your car in your secured car park space and explore. Enjoy the overload of options when deciding to dine out for breakfast, lunch or dinner as you’ll find something to cater to everyone’s needs from vegan to gluten free. Head out to be amongst the nightlife and see the up and coming bands at the Northcote Social Club, or if you feel like something a little more low key then how about an arthouse film at the architecturally appealing Westgarth Cinema.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours fee. 

Supplies

We provide you with a starter pack of essential household items such as toiletries, dishwashing detergent, washing powder, dishcloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check-in. You will then need to purchase all the necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Cleaning Service
Staying 9+ nights? We include compulsory interim housekeeping. Additional cleans can be provided on request. Staying between 3 and 8 nights? Let our housekeeping team provide you with a fresh, clean apartment! Price will be advised on request.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
