Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment. If smoking outdoors, please ensure it is well away from the Apartment if the doors and windows are open.

Supplies

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Cleaning Service

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share ie 4 guests. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited, and you may be evicted at any stage.

West Melbourne is an inner suburb of Melbourne, Australia, 2 km north-west of Melbourne's Central Business District. We love this place for its preserved Victorian architecture, innovative arts, edgy bars and cafes and welcoming community.

It’s also hard to escape the football influence, with the MCG, Etihad Stadium and Arden Street all nearby.

The site has easy access to public transport with the route 57 tram stop across the road and North Melbourne train station 750 metres away.

By tram: Number 57 from Elizabeth Street to the Queen Victoria Market and Errol Street; or Numbers 19 and 59 from Elizabeth Street to the Queen Victoria Market (about 10-20 minutes).

By train: From Flinders Street to North Melbourne station on the Craigieburn and Upfield lines (about 15 minutes).
