This spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is great for a couple, a small group of friends or a young family sleeping up to 4. A communal gym and indoor pool add to the long list of facilities in this property. Relax on the Juliet balcony off the master bedroom whilst overlooking the private courtyard. You also get the benefit of a full kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine plus more. The living room has a large 60" Smart TV with DVD player as well as free Wi-Fi throughout. You have plenty of places to choose where to sit, including the separate dining area and another small balcony at the rear of the apartment. Stay comfortable all year round with the reverse cycle split system in the living room with heating and cooling and the electric wall heater in the bedroom.

If you have a car, then we have you covered with one secure underground car park at no extra charge which is highly sought after in the area. 

Take advantage of this ideal location and check out the nearby major tourist attractions such as Luna Park, the South Melbourne market, Acland Street and Chapel Street. Enjoy delicious food, see a band or a play, catch up with friends and soak up the atmosphere, whilst you watch the sunset on the bay. The Sunday Esplanade market is a must, as is the monthly Veg Out St Kilda Farmers’ Market. If you want to venture further into the Melbourne CBD the tram is your best option and situated in close proximity to the apartment building. We can set you up with a MYKI pass if requested to make your travel experience that much easier.

A fully equipped kitchen with all your necessities including, Westinghouse Refrigerator, Electric Franke Oven and Stove top, Simpson dishwasher, Samsung microwave, Vittoria coffee machine, Russel Hobbs Kettle and plentiful supplies of dishes and utensils. 4 seater dining table and kitchen island bar.  There is a Reverse cycle split system in the living room and electric wall heater in the bedroom. Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, clothes horse, Stereo, 60 inch UHD Smart TV with DVD player and free Wi-Fi to top it off.

Smoking is strictly not permitted.

Key Delivery Service 
We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours fee. 

Cleaning Service
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which include a changeover of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of $95 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. 
If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following: Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out. Our rates are based on twin share ie 4 guests. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also. Please note guests under the age of 24 must travel with a guest of 24 years of age or older. Guests are required to be at least 24 years of age to stay in our property on their own. Unless prior approval is given, guests not conforming to this policy, will result in Rejuvenate Stays denying access to the property and no refunds will be provided. We are happy to consider making exceptions so please contact us if you don't fall within our age restrictions but would love to stay.

Let us tell you more about this gorgeous Heritage Listing apartment building

Looking at the National trust’s information on this heritage building. The front of the building is the original portion left which contains some of the first self-contained purpose built flats in Melbourne which is an outstanding claim to fame when looking at the history of this beautiful city.

This beautiful heritage building was originally built in 1912 with the design influenced by its then owner. It was a rare building type for its era, as the plans indicate a hotel layout, it was formerly a superior boarding house known as the ‘majestic flats’. Fast forward to 1935, a renovation was done on the former lobby, the ground floor and reception rooms but to this day the interior of the flats is still left with Edwardian features. The façade character of the building was altered also in this 1935 renovation. The rear wings of this important member of Fitzroy’s Street’s history were demolished in 1991. This building is a huge piece of Melbourne history and most importantly, St Kilda’s. It shows the popularities and residential character of Fitzroy Street all the way back to the first half of the 20th Century

Just stayed last weekend again & love this clean apartment & it’s location. Relaxing weekend catching up with friends that live local ... went to great cafes & the beach walks were fun with the sunny weather. Thanks will be back.

Just spent 4 nights in The Mayford at St Kilda. Perfect stay for 2 people. Apartment is spacious and centrally located to trams, St Kilda beach and cafes. Cosy, clean and quite with a small balcony to rest after a long days shopping in the city! Easy access to car park and my husband enjoyed swimming in the pool and the use of the gym that the property gives you access too. Wouldn’t hestitate to recommend as it felt like a home away from home and will definitely return.
