public transportation is available for you. You don't have to interfere with
your workout routine on your getaway as you have the Albert Park Lake at your
doorstop, which is great for running or walking around. You are ten minutes
away from the ever so beautiful St Kilda beach, where the sight of sunrise
and sunset over the horizon will simply take your breath away.

parking for one car with a 2.1m clearance. Modern and well equipped kitchen
with Miele Gas Stove Oven, Microwave and Fisher and Paykel Dishwasher,
Stainless Steel appliances, Pots, Pans and Utensils, Split System Heating
and Cooling in living room, iron and ironing board, Washing machine and
clothes dryer combined unit, 49" Smart LED TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, Free
parking, and a private outdoor balcony.

/Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment or on the balcony./

Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. One Dog is welcome upon
application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 10kg,
Toilet trained. This apartment is located on Level 1, so we recommend you use
Catani Gardens for regular walks and bathroom breaks.

Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the
proper vaccinations and registrations. Guests will need to bring their own
dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times.
Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed
and disturb other residents.

A $40 pet fee applies. 

*Supplies*
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as
toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to
purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

*Cleaning Service*
Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover
of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of
$120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more
comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

*Security Deposit and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it
covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the
following:
 
Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (incl. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.
 
Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.
Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.
