A parking permit is available upon request.

Security Deposit
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Supplies

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Auburn Train Station: 1km, 13 min walk

Tram - Tooronga Rd/Riversdale Rd (Stop 37): 150m, 2 min walk

"Melbourne has been a hit for all of us, we cannot wait to return. We went to the Queen Victoria markets yesterday, wow the food was amazing, we then caught the tram to St Kilda! The apartment decor and all amenities etc were just perfect thank you, the location was so easy to jump on the trams also. We have thoroughly enjoyed the food, shopping, architecture and most of all the friendly people. Your service has been excellent very professional and friendly. Certainly be in contact again"

Fantastic apartment, really comfortable beds and in a very quiet neighbourhood. The apartment was very clean and tidy and very roomy. We stayed here for 12 nights recently. Lisa was very quick to reply and very responsive and helpful to any query we may have had. A reasonably quick walk to Glenferry road and to all the wonderful restaurants in the area. The kitchen was wonderfully fitted out with everything you need to prepare your own meals if you just want to stay in. We will be back

Thankyou for a great stay at the Ivy On Munro. We are a family of 5 and it suited us well for the 8 days we were there. The location is so convenient and public transport made life really easy. Close to many shops and places to eat. The apartment was lovely and really well equipped. Everything has been thought of. The service was fantastic - very helpful and quick to respond to queries. Very clean, comfortable,secure and quiet accommodation Thanks again.
