Traditional Japanese Shoji walls house 2 of the 3 bedrooms all with their own individual personality – the Gold for lux, the Balcony room and the Be Free room, a nod to the famous street artist. Sleeping up to 6 and with 2 bathrooms plus we are pet friendly.

The open plan living area has 3 separate zones: The chef’s kitchen, with top notch appliances, the dining area to then share your cooking creation and the lounge area to put your feet up as you watch the 55” Ultra HD TV.

The living area spills out onto the huge L-Shaped balcony showcasing those amazing city views. Sit up at the café bar with a glass of your favourite and watch the sunset or enjoy some local take away on the outdoor dining table.

The Whimsical room is a separate study/reading room, with its own Kitchenette, TV, bar fridge, Whiteboard and balcony and chairs where the kids can have their own space, or for you when you need to catch up on a few emails or have some time out. Perfect for business travellers also.

Reverse cycle aircon and heating is throughout the Apartment. There is also a ceiling fan in Gold bedroom to supplement the aircon and the Balcony bedroom has cross-flow ventilation from the balcony door and balcony window as well as the aircon. The Be Free Room has a free standing floor fan to supplement the aircon.

The communal BBQ area is available for all guest’s enjoyment. The communal garden beds on the BBQ terrace play on a jungle theme, with a stunning mural hand-painted by Melanie Caple, adding warmth and character to the community garden and BBQ area.

Iron and ironing board, European Laundry with Samsung Washing Machine/Clothes Dryer Combination. Hairdryer, 2 underground secure car park spaces.

Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment or outside on the balcony.

Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay:

A porta cot and highchair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Ensuite to Bedroom 3 – Shower above bath and Toilet.

Pet Friendly
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. Dogs are welcome upon application.

Note: 1 small-medium dog only.

Pets need to have all common vaccinations. Guests must provide their pets bedding, water and food bowls. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on any furniture. Guests are responsible for 100% of costs related to pet clean-up. That includes paying for landscaping/gardening and for any time spent cleaning up pet waste. You may not exercise your animals on Common Property nor allow them to roam freely or urinate or defecate on any Common Property at any time. Pets are not to be left alone in the property or on the balcony as they may become distressed and disturb other residents. A $40 fee applies.

Key Delivery Service 

We employ an external key delivery service to meet you with your keys on your day of arrival. The key handover time is to be booked directly with them at least 48 hours prior to your check-in. This service is included in your booking and covers arrivals between 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am, an additional after-hours fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after 12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours fee. 

Supplies
We provide you with a starter pack of essential household items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Cleaning Service
Staying 9+ nights? We include compulsory interim housekeeping. Additional cleans can be provided on request. Staying between 3 and 8 nights? Let our housekeeping team provide you with a fresh, clean apartment! Price will be advised on request.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 24 unless accompanied by a minimum of 1 adult, over the age of 24, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
