This brand new sophisticated building is created with dramatic flare and
incredible attention to detail. With floor to ceiling sliding glass doors
that open onto a full-size balcony, you can enjoy the weather no matter the
forecast, and get maximum space and natural light from this smartly designed
room. The elegant dining table can accommodate up to 6 people (upgraded since
the photos were taken), and study nook in master bedroom is designed for the
travelling book worms or those on a business trip. Having two bathrooms make
it very convenient for a large group to share the space, and a tucked away
laundry on the side of the living room make it easy to keep your clothes
fresh and crisp.

 

Wondering where to park your car? This is always a challenge when it comes to
South Yarra , but we have got it sorted - there are 2 secure underground
parkings available for you (clearance height 2.1m).

*Pet friendly*
Please advise if you would like to bring your dog. One Dog is welcome upon
application and must fit the following criteria: 1 small dog only under 10kg,
Toilet trained. This apartment is located on Level 9, so we recommend you
use Rockley Gardens for regular walks and bathroom breaks.

 

Dogs on the dangerous breed list are not allowed. Your pet must have the
proper vaccinations and registrations. Guests will need to bring their own
dogs' bedding and be responsible for cleaning up after pets at all times.
Pets are not to be left alone in the apartment as they may become distressed
and disturb other residents.

A $40 pet fee applies. 

*Meet and Greets*

We employ an external Concierge service, who have worked with Rejuvenate
Stays for many years in providing this service to our guests. They will greet
you at the apartment on your arrival and provide a tour of the property and
give you the keys for your stay.

Once advised by you we make a note of your desired arrival time however this
time will also have to be confirmed with the Concierge directly. There is a
$60 meet and greet fee already applied to your total booking cost covering
arrivals between 3pm - 10pm. If you are arriving between 10:00pm - 12:00am,
an additional after hours Concierge fee of $40 will apply. Arrivals after
12:00am will incur an additional $100 after hours Concierge fee. 

Please notify our Concierge of any delays in advance (at least 1 hour before
scheduled arrival). Any delays not notified in advance may incur an
additional $70 call out fee.

*Supplies*
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as
toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing
brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to
purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Melbourne is known for its incredibly efficient and accessible public
transport. Her are the closest bus and train locations to your apartment.

admiring the artistic displays inside South Yarra's iconic shops? It is
almost impossible not to get your hands onto a few designer pieces for a
model pose in front of the mirror... and to wind down in the evening, you
have the choice to enjoy either the most recent Hollywood blockbuster at
Village Jam Factory, or an art house masterpiece at the COMO nearby.

 

Location is one of the keys to this amazing apartment. South Yarra, on the
fringes of the Melbourne CBD, has a classy and sophisticated feel. Close by
are the Yarra River which has a fitness trail (walking, jogging, biking)
along the banks all the way into the city (3.5 km). Also close by is the
Royal Botanic Gardens and sporting facilities including the MCG and Rod Laver
Arena. The South Yarra train station is located at the closest major
intersection, an easy 3-minute walk from the door.

 

*Cleaning Service*

Staying 7+ nights? Interim housekeeping services which includes a changeover
of linen can be arranged on your request. They are available at a rate of
$120 AUD per service and depending on what would make your stay more
comfortable, they can be arranged weekly or fortnightly.

*Security Deposit and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it
covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the
following:

 Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (incl. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

 Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.
