Located a short 5 minute walk to the town centre with many restaurants at your fingertips is this beautifully designed 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home sleeping up to 8. Filled with natural light all day long, the living areas flow out to the deck area which is a lovely private place to entertain complete with gas BBQ.

Downstairs is one queen bedroom, one bathroom with shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs you will find two more queen bedrooms each complete with a split system and TV in the master. There is a spacious bathroom with spa bath and day bed ideal for lazing around and reading a book.

Enjoy open plan living with dining area and lounge room set up with a powerful split system, TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speaker plus games to keep you entertained. The kitchen is well stocked with many items you will need to cook the family meals, perfect for an extended stay.

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the house.

Bedroom 1 (Upstairs) – Queen size bed

Bedroom 3 (Downstairs) – Queen size bed

Please request the following items to hire prior to your stay

  • A porta cot and high chair: no charge but you must supply your own linen for the porta cot.

Bathroom 1 (Upstairs) – Spa Bath with shower head above and toilet.

Powder Room (Downstairs) – Toilet

Bathroom (Downstairs) – Shower with washing machine/dryer

We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.

First real holiday in 12 years & the stress just melted away. The Glade became our home & liaising with the owner & booking staff was refreshingly easy, the were truly very accommodating.
