Sleeping up to 4 guests (with the potential for 6 on a double sofa), Atomic Soul provides a delightful dwelling for a family or a professional business trip for those who love to work in style with unlimited NBN Wi-Fi, Netflix and all the necessities to cater for a longer stay. Split system heating and air conditioning unit in living area and wall heaters in both bedrooms to keep you lovely and warm in winter or cool in summer.

The inner battle will be whether to stay inside or out? With 2 gorgeous outdoor patio areas on level 2 and 3 including BBQ, panoramic city views and outdoor comfy seating to soak up the Melbourne vibe. Cooking is easy with a great supply of pots, pans and crockery otherwise venture to a nearby restaurant to sample some delicious food at some of Melbourne’s best Restaurants. Lygon Street, a foodie’s heaven is only a 150m walk from your front door.

Secure underground tandem parking is available for 2 small cars otherwise you can have one in the car park and the second in the street with the parking permit included in your stay. Public transport is readily available with a tram stop 170m, and Jewell train station a 15min walk.

Facilities

Locked security gate into the unit complex. Polished timber floor boards throughout the living areas and carpet in both bedrooms. A purposeful kitchen space with all the best modern appliances needed throughout your stay such as 4 slice toaster and kettle, microwave, Blanco gas stove and oven, Blanco Dishwasher, refrigerator and 3 shelve storage pantry plus all crockery and cooking utensils. European laundry with iron and ironing board, Electrolux dual washing machine and clothes dryer. LG 55’inch LED TV with Fetch Entertainment unit, DVD player, Bluetooth Sound bar and an eclectic selection of cooking books and DVD’s. Two outdoor entertainment areas on Level 2 polished concrete with Ziegel & Brown portable BBQ, fold away clothes line and outdoor seating. Level 3 has a four seater dining table with city views.

Smoking is permitted in the outside area but is strictly not allowed inside the apartment.

A fold out sofa bed is available but subject to approval prior to your stay for an additional charge.

Meet and Greets

Please provide your arrival time as one of our staff will meet you at the apartment and welcome you. There is a $45 meet and greet fee applied to your total booking cost however if you are arriving after 6pm, an additional fee will apply.

After hours Concierge fees are as follows:

  • 6pm – 9pm $60
  • 9pm – 12am $90
  • After midnight $100-$150
  • Any delays not notified in advance (at least 1 hour before scheduled arrival) will incur an additional $70 call out fee.

The mandatory $45 will be used as credit towards to any of the above after hours Concierge fees incurred.

Supplies
We provide you with a starter pack of essential house hold items such as toiletries, dish washing detergent, washing powder, dish cloths, scrubbing brush, paper towels and toilet paper on check in. You will then need to purchase all necessities for the continuation of your stay.

Cleaning Service
Staying 9+ nights? We include compulsory interim housekeeping. Additional cleans can be provided on request. Staying between 3 and 8 nights? Let our housekeeping team provide you with a fresh, clean apartment! Available at a rate of $120 AUD per service.

Security Deposit and Guest Information
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after your departure.

If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the following:

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and you may be evicted at any stage.
