This apartment is well suited to a couple’s getaway or a corporate stay,
only 2km’s from the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The main

separate toilet.

rate of $90 AUD per service.

*Security Deposit **and Guest Information*
Please note we will deduct $500 from your credit card 10 days prior to your
arrival. This will then be returned upon inspection of the property after
your departure. If we need to make a claim against your security deposit it
covers an amount up to $1000, which may include but is not limited to the

Excess cleaning fees, Excess laundering fees (inc. sleeping directly on to
doonas, pillows, mattresses), Dirty BBQ, Excess garbage removal, Damage or
breakages at the property, Loss of keys or scanners and Late check-out.

Our rates are based on twin share. Fees will apply for excess guests not
agreed in advance. Please include all adults and children in your enquiry. If
you have babies please advise their ages also.

Please note the property cannot accept guests under the age of 25 unless
accompanied by a minimum of 2 adults, over the age of 25, present the whole
stay. If this rule is breached, your security deposit will be forfeited and
you may be evicted at any stage.

Good location and the place was comfortable. Perfect size for couple. The only problem was I couldn't find any hair dryer in the house and the key for main door was hard to use.

Great location, this compact unit has everything space is tight for storage of clothes maybe a floor plan should be provided. The kitchen has every modern con needed if cooking, we did have a problem with the heating and the owner not contacting us but we did let that lapse and just wore a few more layers. Management response was prompt at all times and very helpful. Internet was good too. Overall would stay again when back in Melbourne.

Extremely happy with the accommodations and convenient booking process. From start to finish, the service staff was extremely helpful and responded quickly to my inquires. The property was very clean and provides everything you need to cook, clean, wash, and have a pleasant stay. Definitely will be staying here again.
